Denise Pietrzak is a System Navigator for Project Prevent grant through the Educational Service Center (ESC) of Cuyahoga County. Denise worked as the Service Coordination Specialist/Program Manager at the Family and Children First Council (FCFC) of Cuyahoga County. Denise was employed with Cuyahoga County Department of Health and Human Services for over 10 years and worked in various social service agencies such as FCFC, Tapestry System of Care, Department of Justice Affairs, and the Youth Development Center. She also has provided Clinical services to children and adolescents at Crossroads of Lake County and Big Brothers Big Sisters of North Central Ohio. Denise has participated on multiple county teams and community initiatives working towards providing services and supports for youth and their families. 

Denise's work experience has been focused on serving multi-need, multi-system youth and their families through a collaborative approach with system and community partners. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers. 

Denise lives in Leroy Township with her husband Scott and their two children, Caleb and Bryce. She enjoys spending time with her family, watching and playing golf, volleyball and baseball.

Delaney (MSSA, LSW) is a graduate of the Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences where she studied Community Practice for Social Change. Delaney's professional and educational background, focused in the area of young child/ family wellbeing, intertwines a micro- level study and practice (child behavior, family dynamics, trauma), with a macro- level focus and practice (policy and program development). 

Delaney currently serves as the Community Coordinator for the Safe Babies Program in Cuyahoga County where she is working alongside local child welfare, judicial, and social services leadership to plan, implement, develop, execute and evaluate the Safe Babies program model.

Heather Corcoran is a System Navigator at the Educational Service Center of Northeast Ohio. Heather has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and minor in Criminology from OSU, and a Juris Doctorate from CWRU School of Law. 

Prior to working at the ESC, Heather spent more than 20 years at the Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court working as the Deputy Director and Director of both the Mediation Department and the Diversion Department. Her prior experience provided her with a widespread background and a wealth of resources for her position as System Navigator. Heather welcomes the new challenges this change in roles will offer her. 

Heather lives in Kirtland Hills with her husband, Pat, and their two boys, Patrick and Danny, and their dog and cat. She spends most of her free time traveling to ice rinks around the Midwest watching her boys play hockey. Heather and her family also enjoy cross country skiing, downhill skiing, hiking, and bike riding. Heather is an exercise fanatic (because she loves to bake), and she also enjoys crocheting in the evenings.
