SST3 believes that all children have the right to belong, learn, and thrive in proactive, integrated, and rigorous learning environments. Our mission is to build the capacity of educational systems as learning organizations, inclusive of families and communities, to develop and sustain proactive, integrated learning environments through timely and relevant professional development, technical assistance, and consulting services. We strive to ensure equitable access and achievement for all students. State Support Team 3 partners with districts and community schools to support inclusive leadership and collaborative teams in implementing an effective multi-tiered system of support.
