Flexible Spending Account
The health care flexible spending account (FSA) can reimburse you for eligible expenses you or your eligible dependents incur that are not paid by your existing health care plan.
Employees can elect to enroll in FSA upon hire and during open enrollment. The FSA plan year is July 1 through June 30 and requires re-enrollment each plan year.

Ease@Work Program
Mylifeexpert.com connects ESC employees and their eligible family members to a wide range of support services through the updated Ease@Work program. Resources include:
Counseling with licensed professionals
Support from eldercare and childcare specialists
Legal and financial consultations
Nutritional guidance from a registered dietitian
Articles, videos, and podcasts on topics like debt, cyberbullying, family support, and more

Wellness Committee
The Wellness Committee supports and promotes a healthier lifestyle for all ESC of Northeast Ohio employees through an Employer-Sponsored Wellness Program. The committee includes ESC leadership, support staff, program personnel, and advisors from Cigna and Willis of Ohio, and meets monthly to plan wellness initiatives.
Wellness events are open to all ESC employees; however, wellness challenges and activity tracking are available to insurance-eligible employees only. Login details are provided directly to eligible participants.
