Collective is intended to: focus on current realities and future trends
in human resources and human capital systems in education; provide both
learning and work time to support best practices, district needs,
implementation, and initiatives; and to support networking and
collaboration with other
districts across Ohio.
There will be two sessions focused on the same topic each month.
Session 1: The Learning. Attend this session to learn about the topic. This session will occur the first Monday of each month.
Session
2: The Work. Attend this session to work collaboratively on the topic
from your district's perspective and needs. This session will occur the
second Monday of each month.
