Join us for this 6-part series to learn how to utilize AI, not only in the HR Department, but in all aspects of education to optimize workforce strategies, forecast staffing needs, enhance training and development programs, complete administrative tasks, develop recruitment strategies, track HR metrics, analyze performance management documentation, improve hiring practices, create job descriptions and so much more.
The goal of this series is to provide training and support for various AI tools along with hands-on interaction. Participants will leave each session with a plan to utilize their own district data and department needs to further their learning.
