Michael Taub is an Educational Consultant with the State Support Team Region 3 at the Educational Service Center (ESC) of Northeast Ohio. In this role, he supports schools in implementing the Ohio Improvement Process (OIP) in the area of mathematics.

Before joining the ESC, he taught high school mathematics in Nashville, Tennessee, for five years, then spent nine years with the Cleveland Metropolitan School District. He then served as an Instructional Coach in Maple Heights City Schools, supporting both elementary and high school mathematics instruction.

Michael resides in Pepper Pike with his wife, Nerissa, and their two children.
