Ashley Hildebrandt is a Literacy Specialist with the State Support Team for Region 3 (SST3) at the Educational Service Center of Northeast Ohio. She brings 17 years of teaching experience in both urban and suburban settings in multiple states, including Colorado, Georgia, and Ohio. Prior to joining the State Support Team, Ashley was an Intervention Specialist and Reading Specialist in the Cleveland Metropolitan School District.  

Throughout her career, Ashley has partnered with teachers, administrators, and caregivers to strengthen instructional practices and improve student outcomes. She is passionate about empowering educators and creating sustainable systems that ensure every student has access to high-quality literacy instruction. Ashley lives in Fairview Park with her husband, Jason, and their two sons.
