Alexis Volk partners with districts across Northeast Ohio to design and facilitate professional learning in mathematics, intervention, and data-driven instruction. Her work focuses on helping leaders and teacher teams interpret state and local assessment data, align instructional priorities, and take strategic action that strengthens coherence across classrooms. She leads collaborative PLCs, supports the adoption of the math curriculum, and provides targeted coaching to build shared understanding of math standards and effective teaching practices. Her work spans 33 local districts, including Willoughby-Eastlake, Mayfield, Revere, and Cleveland Metropolitan.

Alexis brings over 15 years of experience as a middle and high school educator, holding licensure in grades 7–12 mathematics and mild to moderate intervention. She taught mathematics and special education in Solon City Schools and served as a middle school special education department chair, developing deep expertise in data use, PLC leadership, and collaborative instructional improvement.
