Daniela Stuckey is a Teaching and Learning consultant with the Educational Service Center (ESC) of Northeast Ohio, supporting districts across the region in building educator capacity and improving student outcomes. Her work focuses on ensuring equitable access to high-quality learning opportunities for all students, particularly through the strategic use of disaggregated data to identify gaps and drive instructional improvements.

With 13 years as a classroom teacher and 15 years in school administration across Ohio and Wisconsin, Daniela brings experience in both instructional practice and systems-level leadership. Her background spans high school English, alternative education, curriculum leadership, and building-level administration, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the challenges educators face at various levels.
