Meke is a Student Wellness Consultant at the Educational Service Center (ESC) in Northeast Ohio. Her primary responsibilities are to provide coaching, consultation, and professional development to school districts, to support their efforts as they meet students' social and emotional needs. Meke will provide guidance and assistance in various areas, such as Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS), restorative practices, creating and maintaining inclusive learning environments, and supporting the needs of the whole child. 

Prior to working at the ESC, Meke taught elementary school, and served as an Assistant Principal and Principal in levels K-12. Meke has had the privilege of teaching, leading, and learning in several school districts throughout Northeast Ohio. Meke earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Malone University in Canton, OH, and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Cleveland State University in Cleveland, OH. She holds a license in Elementary Education (1-8), a Principal License (PK-9), and a Superintendent License. Meke also holds a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University. 

Meke resides in Northeast Ohio with her husband, 2 children, and their fur baby Bella. She enjoys cooking and baking, walking, gaining new experiences, anything related to cats, and spending time with her family
