Maddy Moser (she/her) is a project specialist at the Educational Service Center of Northeast Ohio. Maddy has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from a small college in Western PA. She also has a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Central Florida. 

Prior to working at the ESC, Maddy worked in operations for a real estate technology company, which sparked her interest in affordable housing and social justice. She also has experience as a school-based behavioral specialist in CMSD, working with students and families to connect them to resources and support the child's emotional needs. Most recently, Maddy worked alongside the Safe Babies team (a program of Zero to Three) as an intern before graduating from her MSW program. This experience enlightened Maddy to her true passion - prevention and policy change.
