Mindy Geschke develops data dashboards that make educational data actionable for districts across Ohio. Currently supporting 83 districts with 142 dashboards, her work transforms state assessment results, early warning indicators, and graduation progress data into visual tools that help educators improve student outcomes. These cost-effective solutions provide significant savings compared to commercial vendor alternatives. For more information about available dashboards, visit Data Dashboards.

Drawing on experience as a high school mathematics teacher and administrator managing Ohio's Teacher Evaluation System, Mindy brings an educator's lens to data dashboard development. She understands the challenges of extracting meaningful insights from state systems and designs tools that allow teachers and administrators to focus on improving student outcomes rather than wrestling with data.

Areas of Expertise:
  • EVAAS Data (Value-Added)

  • Local Report Card Data (Accountability)

  • Ohio's Assessment System (OST, CRS, Readiness Assessments)

  • Data Dashboard Development & Visualization

Mindy onboards new districts by meeting with key stakeholders to identify which dashboards best address their needs. Working behind the scenes, she coordinates data collection and handles the technical complexities of data manipulation and dashboard construction. Once built, she collaborates with districts on rollout plans, allowing users to focus entirely on taking action to improve student outcomes.
