As a Teaching and Learning Consultant, Kristi Sacha leads and supports educators and districts across Northeast Ohio in strengthening instructional practice, leadership capacity, and teacher and student support systems. She coordinates the Resident Educator Mentoring Program and serves as a state trainer and mentor, providing guidance, professional learning, and ongoing support to mentors and beginning teachers.  Kristi leads the Instructional Coaching Network, supporting instructional coaches across the region in refining their coaching practices and building sustainable coaching systems within their districts.  She partners with districts to support English Learner programming, working collaboratively to ensure programs are both instructionally sound and compliant with state and federal requirements. She also facilitates networks, leads professional learning, and provides coaching for leaders, instructional coaches, and teachers across Northeast Ohio, focusing on evidence-based instructional practices, coaching and leadership development, and other identified instructional priorities.

Kristi brings extensive experience in education, with expertise spanning classroom instruction, intervention, coaching, and district leadership. She has served as an Instructional Coach Liaison, Literacy Instructional Specialist, Instructional Coach, Elementary School Teacher, and Intervention Specialist. These experiences ground her current work in practical insight, systems-level understanding, and a strong commitment to improving instructional practice and educator capacity.
