Erica Houston is a Student Wellness Consultant with the ESC of Northeast Ohio. Erica's primary responsibilities include coaching and consulting as well as providing professional development to school districts in areas such as PBIS, restorative practices, and social emotional behavioral systems of support. 

Prior to working at the ESC, Erica worked as a PBIS Coach and teacher for the Painesville City Local School District. In addition, Erica has served as an adjunct professor for Lake Erie College and Youngstown State University. Erica also taught in CMSD and in the Dominican Republic. Erica has been active with Educators Rising, and she has served as ESL Liaison for Ohio Council of Teachers of English Language Arts (OCTELA). 

Erica lives in Northeast Ohio with her husband and daughter. Erica loves to travel and spend time with family and friends
