CTE/SPED Leaders Statewide & Regional Network

The CTE/SPED Statewide Network will meet two times per year to provide Universal Professional Development on various topics related to Career-Technical Education, Access to CTE Programs, CTE Federal and State Mandates, as well as an opportunity to network through regional breakout rooms.

• Supporting explicit vocabulary instruction for SWD in the CTE environment

• Development of CTE Communication Plans for serving SWD in CTE

• Improving the Skill Attainment measure for SWD in CTE

• Work-based learning strategies for SWD in CTE

• Meeting the needs of SWD with complex needs in CTE

• Partnering with OOD in providing SWD with support in CTE

• Supporting explicit vocabulary instruction for SWD in the CTE environment

• Best practices in intervention support for SWD in CTE
