A.I. TechCred Grant Course
This practical, hands-on course introduces participants to the power of generative AI and large language models (LLMs) like ChatGPT and Google Gemini. Participants will learn how to boost productivity, streamline communication, and solve everyday challenges using LLMS and other Generative AI tools. Over six sessions, learners will gain comfort with tools, build prompting skills, and develop their own personalized AI Toolkit to use at work or in daily life.
Ohio's TechCred Program gives businesses the chance to upskill current and future employees to help them qualify for a better job in today’s tech-infused economy. Businesses who submit successful applications may be reimbursed the cost of the course, when current or prospective employees complete technology-focused credentials.

Credential Requirement:
- Attend all sessions in full
- Complete all assignments
- Submit a final AI Toolkit project
Materials Required:
- A computer with working mic and camera
- Free versions of ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or Gemini
- No additional software or purchases required

- Everyday prompts that save time
- ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc. – comparison and best uses
- Using AI in email, meeting notes, forms, and surveys
- Prompt engineering basics
- Ethical use and avoiding hallucinations
- Capstone: AI Toolkit
