Allison supports districts in strengthening mathematics instruction, implementing high-quality math curricula, and building the capacity of math leaders and educators. She also supports the Resident Educator Program by providing professional learning, mentoring, and ongoing guidance to beginning teachers and mentors. Through professional learning offered at the ESC and collaborative work with districts, she helps educators address instructional challenges and strengthen mathematics teaching and learning.

Allison brings 18 years of experience as a high school mathematics educator, with expertise spanning advanced placement, remedial, and general mathematics courses. As a curriculum leader and mentor, she has supported instructional improvement, built connections across buildings and grade levels, and developed programs that connected high school mathematics mentors with educators supporting younger learners. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Mathematics Education from Eastern Michigan University and a Master’s degree in Administration and Supervision from American Public University.
