The Ohio School Safety is proud to offer the American College of Surgeons (ACS) Stop the Bleed® Bleeding Control Course. As the world’s largest provider of bleeding control education, ACS Stop the Bleed® empowers everyday people with the skills needed to save a life before professional help arrives.
In this course, participants learn how to recognize life-threatening bleeding and take immediate, effective action using three proven bleeding control techniques. This training gives you the confidence and ability to make a life-or-death difference during emergencies such as accidents, workplace incidents, or violent events.
Instruction is delivered in person by experienced instructors using ACS-developed training materials, with a strong emphasis on hands-on practice and real-world application.
