CONCRETE STEPS TO ABSTRACT SUCCESS
In
this hands-on professional development session for K-8 teachers,
participants will explore concrete, semi-concrete, and abstract
representations to deepen students’ mathematical understanding.
Educators will learn how to effectively use manipulatives and visual
models to support conceptual learning. The session will provide
evidence-based strategies for bringing math concepts to life through
hands-on activities. Participants will also concentrate on how to
